The Architekt DI Johann Lettner took the real advantage of the location that he had while building the three storied house. The rooftop of the house helps in getting a full view of the pool in the house and makes it look mesmerizing. The underground space of the house has also been nicely designed and helps in taking full advantage of the space with all modern amenities. The pool takes the place front the first volume to the second and the third dimension is kept for the living space. The irregular construction of the house makes it look good and works as a feather in the cap of success.
