The centre courtyard plan was designed by WHIM architecture for a couple in Netherlands. They were having the age above 60. The specialty of this design can be the feature of the glass façade at the rear. It is having the length of 20 meter. The main areas of the home in this beautifully planned home is situated in a line which is angled towards the green view. The ranch style home is created in such a way as to have a courtyard in the centre and the while house is built around it. The most interesting fact is the natural lighting that you can have in this type of a design.
